What are individual classes?
These are classes taught by a selected trainer from our team to solve or prevent an isolated problem. They are held at your home, working directly in the area of the problem.
What can we work on in individual classes?
We address issues such as aggression, separation anxiety, overexcitement, difficult walks, unwanted barking, uncontrolled reactions, fears, and, in short, any problem that prevents you from enjoying a balanced relationship with your dog.
In addition to resolving existing problems, we offer individual classes to provide information and guidelines for having a well-balanced dog before problems arise, thus preventing unwanted behaviors in the future.
How do individual classes work?
We conduct an initial assessment of the dog’s behavior, gathering all the information that will be useful in understanding the dog.
Next, we will develop guidelines based on the information from the assessment and the information we collect in subsequent classes, creating a specific plan for each individual case.
Finally, we will make regular visits to monitor the dog’s progress, allowing us to work both at home and gradually extend the training to outdoor settings as the family progresses with their dog.
What if the problem becomes too much for me?
There are exceptional cases where a dog needs to be “reset” due to serious behavioral problems. In these situations, we recommend a residential stay at our facility, allowing us to retrain the animal in a neutral and different environment, free from the influence of its home environment.
Once this work is completed, sessions will be held with the family at our facilities, demonstrating everything we have done with the animal. Afterward, following a set of guidelines, the animal will return home with sessions to help it adjust to its new routine and ongoing follow-up. This concludes the work done with the animal and its family.
